The tale of our company name
The population of a small island located in the Setonaikai Straight is only a few hundred, yet the majority of the inhabitants are men and women 65 and over.
The islanders are active fisherman. They go out to sea, surf big waves with their tiny boats, and fish every day.
The women of the island are active farmers. They leave home every morning for the orange orchards on the hill, carrying baskets on their backs, and picking oranges until their baskets are filled.
They have an old saying on this island that people in their 30’s and 40’s are infants, and people in their 50’s and 60’s are still “kozos” (kids).
